What primate has these characteristics?

What primate has a post-orbital plate, an intermediately placed foramen magnum, and a grasping tail in a deposit dating to 30 million years ago? I tried looking everywhere for this answer. My guess is anthropoid, but then I found out that they lack tails. Does anybody know? Thanks!
