If everything is made of energy then nothing is real?

Alright so if everything is made up of protons and energy then that must mean nothing is actually a sound or solid object, and our senses a's human beings only go so far. So is what we perceive actually what it is because really it's all energy which meNs nothing is actually real our senses are very primate could we just see and feel things in a primitive way? Like is our perception of objects and life not what it seems, because it's all just energy, do u get what I'm trying to say
