What are some summer birthday ideas for 13 year old girls?

i'm turning 13 in august and i need ideas for a party. i live in new jersey so places that are close would be good. my mom will only let me bring 5 people. I already did a cookout,hotel sleepover,i even had a party at burger king when i was little! i was thinking about hollywood theme.but there wouldn't be enough people, i thought of a spa day but my friends are really wild and don't think they are big fans of relaxing just yet,i was also thinking bout going to the boardwalk at the jersey shore,or camping out in the backyard. any ideas?
