How many pounds will I lose if....?
I run 4-6 miles a day, about an hour maybe less. I'm 179, 19, female and I want to drop down to 130 or 140, but I want to know how many pounds I will lose in a month or two. I eat veggies and fruit, veggie burgers, eggs, all water, I'm also a vegetarian (been one for almost three years). Ive stopped drinking soda and eating sweets and eating junk food and fast food. I started on Monday and lost 3 pounds already. I also do zumba on the wii very other day for 30 minutes, and do 30 push ups and 50 sit ups. I can also bench 130 and squat 215. Yes I am training for rotc too. How many pounds will I lose in a month or two?
